I have been using JotForm in order to gather the stories of those around me in an organized fashion. What's nice about it is that much like Blogger, it is a very user-friendly platform for doing surveys and questionnaires. It even allows users to submit files and a significant degree of customization for the look. You are also able to get all the info in an excel file. Yay! Try it at www.jotform.com
